At Audio46, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories included, as opened in-ear monitors and certain high-end electronics may be subject to restocking fees or health-related restrictions.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team via email or our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing all incoming shipments.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in a sturdy shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior, and ship it back to our New York City storefront using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your requested exchange within 3-5 business days.
